It's a picture of Miki from Utena. I decided to give him a new uniform makeover similar to Utena's from the movie. I drew this for a Live Journal BG layout. I also made wallpaper with this picture. I used Photoshop Elements.

Wow, I really like this pic. His oufit is splendid and the sparkle is a nice touch. The lighting is dead on perfect as well. Gonna fave it. Makes me want to get back to creating Utena Fanart. =^_^=
